We are truly spoiled to live, farm, and craft wine in such a magical place. West Sonoma County is a special place, influenced by the Pacific Ocean, with sunny California days and cool foggy evenings and mornings, making it a perfect place for cool climate varieties like pinot noir and chardonnay. The fog is especially important for the thin skinned pinot noir grape, allowing a slow and steady ripening, great complexity and a natural brightness.

The area spans three AVA’s, the Sonoma Coast, the Green Valley of Russian River Valley and of course the Russian River Valley, with various micro climates within a cool region. This makes for a continuously interesting place to make wine, and certainly to drink and collect wine.

We source our grapes from carefully selected vineyards, farmed by people we know. We craft our wines carefully to create the very best of what mother nature gives us each year, and influenced by our travels to the great wine regions of the world.
